Dear Birthmother,
 
Thank you for being so brave, strong and caring that you have made the difficult decision of giving birth to your precious child and finding a loving, nurturing home for him/her to live and grow.  We are already praying that God guides you as you make this decision with courage and selflessness. 

My name is Buddy and my wife is Tammy.  We met in college and developed a deep friendship that blossomed into a loving relationship based on faith, trust, respect and loyalty to one another.  We have been married since 1992 and were blessed with a daughter we love dearly.  Her name is Sydney and she is very excited about being a big sister.  We have a God-centered and family-focused home, and have lots of love to share with our new child. We value faith, love, compassion, honesty, independence and education.  We will provide a secure, nurturing home for our children to grow, thrive and be able to achieve any goals they set for themselves.  We are strong advocates of education and will provide all opportunities possible for our children to succeed.  Most of all we want them to be faith-filled and happy. 

Tammy and I live in a small town where I work as a physical therapist and Tammy works part-time as an administrative assistant in an educational setting.  Tammy plans to stay home with our precious son or daughter as she did with Sydney.  We have a home with plenty of room for another blessed child in a neighborhood with plenty of children around to play.  Our town is a wonderful place to raise kids.  We have parks where we can take our little one to feed the ducks and a library where we can all enjoy an afternoon, reading books together as a family.  Our church and school are within walking distance of our home.  It will be such a joy to take our baby to the church festivals to play games and to the Christmas Eve concert to listen to the bell choir.  As he/she gets older, we will enjoy helping out at our church, school and community events.  We will also have fun hiking, camping, skiing and spending time with family and friends at Grandma and Grandpa’s lake house.  
 
Our parents, brothers and sisters and their children live close by and we see them often.  They can hardly wait to include our baby in the fun at holiday dinners at Grandma and Grandpa’s and Grammy and Pap-pap’s houses.  Our child will love getting together with his/her cousins to make Christmas sugar cookies and decorate the tree with his/her sister.  It will be fun taking our son or daughter sled riding and then home to enjoy a hot cup of cocoa.  At Halloween we will choose a pumpkin from the patch, carve it together, make spiced pumpkin seeds and go trick or treating.  I can’t wait to introduce our precious baby to his/her dozens of great aunts, great uncles and countless cousins at family reunions.   

It is our fondest dream to have another son or daughter with whom to share our loving family through the precious gift of the miracle you carry.  You will be in our hearts, our prayers and our family story that we share for a lifetime with our son or daughter by blessing us with the beautiful gift of your child.  God bless you always.
