To Our Birthmother, our Angel,

 

We are so excited and honored that you are reading this letter we have created just for you.  We believe that if you choose us to raise your baby, it is not only meant to be, but you and your baby are a God sent to us. We can’t say we know what you are going through, but know that we would like to be here for you and that you will be able to lean on us and talk to us about anything.

 

To be so unselfish and willing to give your baby a life of dreams, happiness and unconditional love is something we will always respect you for.  We hope you can find comfort during this difficult decision by knowing that we will unconditionally love and cherish this little miracle.    We plan on sharing everything with our child like traveling, fishing, camping, playing with our dogs, Savannah and Holly and spending time with our family and friends.  This child will have two sets of Grandparents that are already excited about loving and spoiling them the way Grandparents do. We live in a very family friendly neighborhood, where all the children grow-up together and become lifelong friends. 

 

Our home is surrounded by trees and plants like a beautiful campground setting.  It includes 5 bedrooms, one of which we are making into a nursery and 3 baths.  We live on approx 2 acres with a dock and river springs as our backyard, which provides a perfect playground for a child and friends to fuel their imagination.  It is a perfect place to learn about nature with the sounds of crickets, frogs and owls and watching the deer feed in our front and backyards.  We both enjoy picking fresh vegetables and fruit from our garden every year, and we can’t wait to experience this with our child for the first time.  We share so many traditions that are handed down to the next generation, especially when it comes to Holidays.  Making chocolate covered peanut butter balls and sandies are something I looked forward to every year with my mom, decorating the house, opening presents with the whole family Christmas day and than visiting our grandparents afterwards.  Even though Ken and I do not have children we still enjoy all of the holidays like Easter and the fourth of July just like we were kids ourselves.  We just keep thinking how amazing it will be to add that extra laughter to all the playfulness that is already in our home. 

 

Because my job is so flexible, we feel blessed that I will be able to stay home for the early years until the child is old enough to start school. I am an actor and have worked on several Movies, TV shows and Commercials which will also be fun to share with a child.   Ken has worked for the same company his entire life, which clearly shows commitment.

 

We have hoped and prayed for years for this moment, and when we both were told that we could never have children of our own, we immediately put everything into Gods hands.  We only prayed for one thing, “If we were meant to raise a baby that God will choose that baby for us and we promise to help and be with the birthmother as much as we can.”  He led us to the Adoption Network and you reading this letter. 

 

We look forward to walking on this wonderful path together with you.  You are the reason our prayers were answered and it couldn’t have come from a more unselfish, loving person that truly wants the best in life for her baby.
