Gregor and Nicole
Nickname(s): Greg and Nicole

Dear Birthmother,

Our names are Nicole & Greg; two loving people who feel completely blessed that you are considering us as parents for your precious child. We know this is not an easy decision to make and that you must feel completely overwhelmed. The choice to give your baby a new home is very admirable and your bravery in such a time will certainly never be forgotten, by us or your child. While we do not know your personal circumstances yet, what we would like to convey to you, is that should you choose us as parents, we will give your little miracle unconditional love, every opportunity we can afford, and a secure life involved with two very large and loving families.

To give you a little background about ourselves, we have known each other for over eleven years and have been married since September of 2000. We have one biological child, who is about to enter Kindergarten and couldn't be more excited about possibly getting a baby brother or sister. When we are not working, we enjoy spending time together both indoors and outdoors. Nicole's hobbies and interests include decorating, walking, baking, reading, golf, playing cards/games; while Greg's involve camping, sports, art and woodworking to name just a few. Greg is employed full-time as a Senior Web Designer for a large financial corporation while Nicole is a part-time parent educator for a local school district a few hours a week at night. Nicole has a unique career because she helps parents become their child's best/first teacher by providing developmental information and activities for children prenatal to age 5.

As family is so important to us, our home life means everything. We feel that it is important to spend quality time as a family by going on walks through the local parks or spending time at a nice restaurant. We also enjoy those warm summer evenings with either a small game of soccer or swinging on the playground in the backyard. On cold wintry nights, you can often find us gathered around our fireplace playing some type of card or board game, and enjoying time as a family. When we are not at home, we often enjoy activities such as an evening trip to a local attraction or a week-long vacation. In fact, just last year we enjoyed a nice winter vacation in Vail, Colorado with Nicole's parents who own a timeshare there. Greg had his first taste of snowboarding, and Nicole had her first try at skiing.

As mentioned above, we both come from two very large and loving families, each with traditions that bring us together on a regular basis. Whether enjoying a big holiday or a simple occasion, such as a birthday, we are gathered together at one of our relative' homes, or our own, to enjoy the simple quality time of being a family. However, even with all of this joy, there is still a sadness in our hearts as we struggle to grow our own family. We care for children deeply and pray every night that one day our prayers to raise another child will be answered. Your bravery during this difficult decision is truly one of admiration and should you choose us to raise your child, we will shower that child with love, attention and opportunities so that they will grow up a loving and successful individual.

With love and thankfulness,

Greg & Nicole
