Adoption Network Law Center hosted another successful Annual Family Picnic
Lake Forest, CA – July 30, 2007 – After being instrumental in building hundreds of families throughout Orange County as well as nationally, Adoption Network Law Center hosted a "family reunion" of sorts. The annual picnic, attended to by over 300 ANLC families, was held at Irvine Regional Park on Sunday, July 29 from 11AM-4PM. It included an All-American BBQ, cotton candy, ice cream, face painting, a balloon artist and a full day of organized activities. The event was free to all pre-registered ANLC families.
Through letters, calls, newsletters and frequent electronic updates, Adoption Network Law Center maintains relationships with most of the families they have helped throughout the years. According to April Cognito, Business Development, "Our employees and families have expressed an interest in maintaining contact as lifelong bonds are formed during the course of an adoption. A summer picnic is a natural choice for an event not just because of the great California weather, but also due to the fact that families tend to have more free time during the summer, making travel easier for most. The growing numbers of attendees attests to this fact.
