  Adoption Network Law Center will guide all Adoptive Parents through the match meeting (or phone conference) with the Birthmother. Adoption Network Law Center's Adoptive Couple Handbook will detail what to bring to the match meeting, what questions to ask or not ask, and the type of questions to ask an advisor both before and after the initial meeting with the Birthmother.

  After the birth, Adoption Network Law Center will follow up with the Birthmother for as long as she requests our participation. Adoption Network Law Center will counsel the Birthmother and Adoptive Parents regarding an ongoing relationship with the Adoptive Parent and child, if this decision is made. Every effort is made to treat the Birthmother with respect and tenderness.
